Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing dispute resolution processes involving the organization
  • Handling litigation, arbitration, and mediation cases
  • Preparing legal briefs and documentation
  • Advising management on dispute-related matters
  • Liaising with external legal counsel
  • Ensuring timely resolution of legal disputes
