Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing dispute resolution processes involving the organization
- Handling litigation, arbitration, and mediation cases
- Preparing legal briefs and documentation
- Advising management on dispute-related matters
- Liaising with external legal counsel
- Ensuring timely resolution of legal disputes
