  • Masters in Medidal Surgical Nursing in addition to BSc Nursing from an accredited university.
  • Earned PhD in Nursing from an accredited University.
  • Atleast three (3) years teaching experience at university level or in research.
  • Evidence of active Participation in Schools/departmental activites or demonstrated leadership in University Activities
  • Evidence of attendance & contribution at learned conferences, seminars or workshops
  • Valid Practising License from the Nursing Council of Kenya
  • A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least 16 should be from refereed journal papers
  • Skills Lab Management experience
