Lecturer conducting undergraduate/postgraduate teaching, supervising student research, and publishing peer-reviewed journal papers, requiring a PhD in the relevant field, university teaching experience, journal publications, and professional body registration (where applicable).

Responsibilities:

• Teaching and evaluating students across undergraduate and postgraduate coursework.
• Supervising student field projects, experiential learning, and postgraduate theses.
• Assisting in review and development processes for academic programs.
• Spearheading research projects, engaging in outreach, and establishing institutional linkages.
• Carrying out routine administrative tasks as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A PhD or a Master’s degree with specialized professional training from a recognized institution.
• Research publishing requirements met through one of the following tracks:
  • Academic track: At least 12 publication points in peer-reviewed journals plus 2 points from conference proceedings.
  • Research track: At least 32 publication points for candidates coming from research institutions.
  • Industry track: At least 6 publication points for candidates transitioning from professional practice.
• Verified records of effective teaching performance and research output.
• Professional registration and active standing with applicable regulatory bodies.
