Role Overview:

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, high performance, and leadership development across the Group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the annual training plan and calendar.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend suitable interventions for individuals and teams.
• Design, review, and deliver engaging training programs using blended learning approaches.
• Manage onboarding and training programs for new hires end-to-end.
• Align learning initiatives with individual development plans (IDPs), succession plans, and performance management systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source or create effective learning solutions.
• Track key learning and development metrics and provide regular insights and reports.
• Evaluate training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate leadership and management development initiatives.
• Champion employee recognition, wellness, and retention programs.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and learning resources that are easily accessible.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a busy HR department.
• CHRP certification.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.
