Learning & Development Manager Job Hass Petroleum

Role Overview:
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, high performance, and leadership development across the Group.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate the annual training plan and calendar.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend suitable interventions for individuals and teams.
- Design, review, and deliver engaging training programs using blended learning approaches.
- Manage onboarding and training programs for new hires end-to-end.
- Align learning initiatives with individual development plans (IDPs), succession plans, and performance management systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source or create effective learning solutions.
- Track key learning and development metrics and provide regular insights and reports.
- Evaluate training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate leadership and management development initiatives.
- Champion employee recognition, wellness, and retention programs.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and learning resources that are easily accessible.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a busy HR department.
- CHRP certification.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.
