Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Marketing Director the role holder will be responsible for driving prepaid revenue growth through the development and execution of customer lifecycle management initiatives, retention programs, and usage stimulation campaigns. The position is accountable for maximizing customer value, enhancing base stickiness, reducing churn, and increasing customer engagement across voice and non-voice products

Responsibilities

  • Drive prepaid revenue growth through the design and implementation of targeted voice and non-voice initiatives.
  • Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty programs to improve customer stickiness and reduce churn.
  • Monitor customer behavior, network activity, and usage trends to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring intervention.
  • Design and manage campaigns aimed at reactivating inactive customers and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer movement trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop forecasts and performance reports to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Serve as the focal point for reporting and analysis relating to Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Usage & Revenue 
  • Work closely with Customer Experience, Commercial, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure flawless execution of tariffs, promotions, and customer offers while minimizing customer complaints and operational risks.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at increasing usage across voice and data products and optimizing customer value realization. 

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably within commercial, marketing, customer lifecycle management, or revenue management functions.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to influence decisions across senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
