Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to apply its principles effectively
- Strong User Research skills for understanding user needs and behaviors
- Proven expertise in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques to create functional and interactive design prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with design and development tools such as Figma.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design
- Experience with TailwindCSS, NextJS, and Framer or any other JS animation library is an added advantage.
- Experience leading design teams or projects is a plus
