Real Estate Jobs, Indepth Research Jobs. Looking for a real estate job in Kenya? IRES is hiring a Lead Market & Feasibility Consultant (PhD Level) skilled in feasibility studies, market research, and strategy.
Position Summary
Lead the overall consultancy assignment by providing strategic and technical direction for market research, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate the multidisciplinary team, ensure quality delivery, and provide recommendations on project viability and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the consultancy assignment and technical team.
- Develop the study methodology and quality assurance framework.
- Oversee market, financial, and feasibility analyses.
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations and data collection.
- Review and approve all technical deliverables.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the client.
Minimum Academic Qualification
- PhD in Valuation and Property Management, Land Economics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
- CFSP, CMRA, MRS Membership, Registered Valuer and/or Registered Estate Agent (or equivalent).
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Successfully led at least 15 market research and feasibility study assignments for commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
