With a strong presence in Kenya and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are seeking ambitious and self-driven Medical Representatives to join our team in Nakuru, Mombasa, and Nairobi.
Job Purpose:
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing to medical professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain an updated customer database.
- Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or any health-related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Attributes:
- Energetic and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Well-organized with strong planning and time-management skills.
- Resilient and persistent in achieving objectives.
- Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape in Nakuru, Mombasa, or Nairobi is a plus.
