With a strong presence in Kenya and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are seeking ambitious and self-driven Medical Representatives to join our team in Nakuru, Mombasa, and Nairobi.

Job Purpose:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product presentations and detailing to medical professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Submit daily activity reports and maintain an updated customer database.
  • Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
  • A diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or any health-related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
  • Must be willing to travel within the assigned region.

  • Well-organized with strong planning and time-management skills.
  • Resilient and persistent in achieving objectives.
  • Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape in Nakuru, Mombasa, or Nairobi is a plus.
