Junior Copywriter creating content for social media, blogs and SEO and managing social communities across client brands, requiring an undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field and 2-3 years progressive experience with at least 1 year in a marketing agency, in a digital agency environment, on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Create content for social media, blogs, and SEO across client brands.
- Support digital-led strategy development and execution.
- Assist influencer strategy execution with influencers and brand advocates.
- Manage social communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and scheduled posts.
- Grow brand presence across YouTube, X, Facebook, and other relevant assets.
- Support customer relations through social and online feedback channels.
- Use social measurement tools to report metrics and recommend improvements.
- Support consumer research and insight gathering.
- Attend event coverage and upskill in videography, photography, and editing.
- Track latest copywriting and content trends.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field; CIM or digital marketing certification is an added advantage
Experience:
- Over 2-3 years of progressive experience in a busy environment, including at least 1 year in a marketing agency.
