Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and Kenyan tax regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
