About the role:

The IT Technical Support Officer will monitor and maintain the computer systems and
networks of the organization. He/ She will provide technical assistance and support to
employees.
Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer
systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal
performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity

Responsibilities:

• Daily administrator tasks including system logs, events and event correlation
• Cloud services (Microsoft 365)
• User Support
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents
• Website and web server management
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as
  needed

Candidate requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT
• Knowledge of HTML and web servers
• Knowledge in computer hardware
• Office 365 knowledge
• Knowledge in ERP
• Ability to provide technical as well as user support
• Basic knowledge in cyber security
