Responsibilities
- Monitor and trace at-risk or offline vehicles and initiate timely recovery actions.
- Liaise with tracking service providers, law enforcement and repossession agents.
- Conduct field visits to verify asset locations and determine appropriate recovery methods.
- Contact and engage clients with overdue payments. or defaulted contracts to negotiate voluntary asset return.
- Ensure compliance with company recovery procedures and relevant legal frameworks.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Ex dci officer is an added advantage
- Diploma in Criminology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in asset recovery, or repossession.
- Strong understanding of legal aspects surrounding asset recovery.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with vehicle tracking systems and recovery tools.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive and high- pressure situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting forWillingness to travel and work irregular hours when all recovery cases. necessary.
