Inventory Supervisor Job HI Home
Are you detail-oriented, analytical and experienced in inventory management? We’re looking for a reliable Inventory Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review inventory reports for all shops and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct physical inventory audits across all shop locations.
- Follow up on supplier Goods Received Note (GRN) approvals.
- Review and approve inter-shop inventory transfers.
- Monitor daily in-stock reports for all shops and address stock availability issues.
- Review and manage dead stock, recommending appropriate action where necessary.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and balance confirmations.
- Oversee daily receiving documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor and improve all inventory workflows to maintain efficient stock control.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Experience in electronics retail will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
