Your Role

We are seeking two interns to support key initiatives under KOKO’s Access program, with each intern based in a different location:

• Bungoma – supporting the Access Program by managing Sub Agents operating outside the traditional network.
• Nairobi – supporting the Bundle Option Initiative, focused on piloting and expanding alternative product access models.
• Each intern will work closely with a Territory Manager or Expansion Manager to support field activities, gather insights, and contribute to the success of their assigned program.

Responsibilities

• Support the piloting and execution of new initiatives under the Access program – specifically the Sub Agents Outside Network
• Actively manage assigned Sub Agents to ensure performance, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Conduct at least two to three visits per week to each assigned sub- Agent to provide on-ground support and oversight as per directed by the line manager.
• Perform physical audits of records submitted by Sub Agents to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Collect and report both qualitative and quantitative insights from Sub Agents using the provided tools and templates.
• Strictly adhere to the approved journey plan and maintain clear documentation of all activities.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the line manager in support of the broader program goals..

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Planning & Organization: Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capacity to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Integrity: Unquestionable integrity and ethical standards.
