Job Summary

The Interior Architect will be responsible for translating client needs into functional and aesthetic interior design solutions. The role involves client engagement, concept development, material sourcing, and project coordination, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs.
• Advise clients on design styles, space planning, and layout options aligned with their vision.
• Assist clients in prioritizing design requirements based on budget, scope, and timelines.
• Develop design concepts, proposals, and presentations that meet client expectations.
• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures within approved budgets and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, manage changes or delays, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Art, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years’ professional experience in interior design or interior architecture.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of interior design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in design software and basic computer applications.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
