Information Security and Compliance Specialist Job
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard our systems and data against cyber threats.
- Preparing and managing all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance, including license applications, reports, and audits.
- Organizing and participating in audits conducted by regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to all compliance standards.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of regulatory requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations worldwide.
- As the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in iGaming, sports betting, or related industries, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including but not limited to network security, encryption, access control, and incident response. Proven experience in preparing and managing documentation for regulatory purposes, including license applications and audit reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements and collaborate with internal teams to achieve regulatory objectives.
