About the Role
- We are looking for a highly motivated Implementation Manager responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing client onboarding and implementation projects from end to end. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition for new clients by setting up effective operational processes and guaranteeing that all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to execute deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients throughout implementation.
- Conduct kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, and follow-ups.
- Translate client needs into operational workflows and system configurations.
- Configure, test, and validate systems, processes, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Identify and resolve risks or issues proactively.
- Report project progress to leadership and escalate risks when needed.
- Document learnings and contribute to best practices and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, Account Management, Implementation Management, or related roles.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work night shifts (Kenya time zone).
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS environments, HR services, staffing, or BPO.
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
