About Role
Rupsa Sacco is looking for a dedicated ICT Support professional to provide technical assistance and ensure efficient operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement of ICT services.
Responsibilities
- Server and database management
- Security Checks in case of Breach
- Back Up Administration (Back-ups (Manual &Automated Cloud back-ups) (Daily, Weekly)
- Network Management.
- System configuration as per business requirement
- Recoveries
- Marketing Sacco Products
- Research on new ICT Trends
- Tracking and Monitoring of Assets owned by the Sacco
- Social Media Handling and Maintenance
- Computer installation
- Reconciliation of transaction
- Training other staff on ICT Operations
- ICT Support, Network and Troubleshooting
- General User and System Support
- Cybercrime Investigations
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
