Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in basic ICT support services.
- Installing and configuring simple hardware and software applications.
- Supporting routine maintenance of ICT equipment.
- Helping users with basic computer operations and troubleshooting.
- Assisting in data entry, scanning and system updates.
- Reporting ICT faults for action.
- Any other duties assigned by the ICT officer.

Requirements for Appointment
- Certificate in ICT, Computer Science or related field.
- KCSE Mean grade C- or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in ICT support will be an added advantage.
