Key Requirements:

HACCP Certification – Mandatory
FSMS certification (e.g., ISO 22000) – Preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hygiene, food safety, or sanitation management within a luxury / 5‑star hotel or large hospitality operation
Deep knowledge of Kenyan public health regulations and international hygiene standards
Strong understanding of HACCP implementation, SOP development, and food safety audits
