Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic equipment, systems, and components.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic systems.
- Repair or replace hydraulic hoses, pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, seals, filters, and related components.
- Assemble, disassemble, install, and test hydraulic systems and equipment.
- Conduct performance testing and quality assurance checks to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
- Fabricate, modify, and upgrade hydraulic systems and components as required.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service and maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and replacement recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist in training junior technicians when required.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, or related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Hydraulic Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with the latest hydraulic technologies and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle tools and heavy equipment.
