Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hardware, Electronics or Household sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in any region in Kenya.
