HR Site Supervisor Job

  • Supervise HR staff and oversee daily departmental operations.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations issues and grievance procedures in line with labour laws and company policy.
  • Oversee performance management systems and appraisals. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labour regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (e.g., NSSF, NHIF, PAYE).
  • Support disciplinary actions and prepare related

documentation.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making. Promote a healthy and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably a Maasai or Kalenjin and must be a Male candidate.
  • Minimum 1-2years of experience in a similar role.
  • Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Requires flexibility to handle urgent HR issues as they arise.
