NOVA Group, on behalf of a mission-driven non-governmental organisation (NGO), is recruiting an HR & People Management Officer Job to support and strengthen human resources systems, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and employee engagement aligned with organisational values and operational standards.
- The role will support end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and exits; oversee HR Policy Implementation
- compliance; coordinate performance Management and learning initiatives; manage employee relations, welfare and disciplinary processes and maintain accurate. HR data, reporting and Management Support
- 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁: 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 (𝟭𝟮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀)
- 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶, 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮 (with occasional field support)
