We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering HR solutions that align with strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
- Embed a performance-driven culture and support appraisal processes.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Support HR audits, surveys, and staff engagement activities.
- Oversee leave management and HR administration.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Prepare HR data reports and insights for decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business or social sciences.
- Higher Diploma in HR Management or CHRP
- Member of IHRM(K)
- At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation.
- Proficiency in HRMIS and MS Office tools.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
