Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Human Resource Management Member of Institute of Human Resource Management
- Be Certified Human Resource Practioner (CHRP-K) will be added advantage
- Two Years of progressive experience in the Human Resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and Management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills.
- Should have a sound knowledge. of Kenyan Labour laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
- Prepare payroll and other employee benefits.
- Handle disciplinary matters disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff performance appraisal processes. Implement and Ensure compliance with Labour laws, organizational policies, and HR procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to staff Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
