Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (Human Resource Management Option) or Business Administration.
• Practicing member of IHRM.
• Conversant with HRMA and other related laws of Kenya.
• Minimum 3 years of service in a similar position.
• Skills in conflict resolution, behavior management, advisory, and negotiation.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervisory skills, and computer literacy.
• No criminal record or association with fraudulent/unethical activities.
