Job Summary:
- Responsible for supporting and coordinating human resource functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, staff welfare, Compensation & Benefits, HR administration, compliance with labour laws and hospital policies. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery while supporting a positive and productive work environment.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ HR experience.
- Experience working in the service industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
