In this role you will report to the HR Manager and promptly support the HR department in execution of HR & Payroll Administration, Recruitment & onboarding, Employee Relations and coordinate environmental health and safety at the work place.

Minimum Qualifications, knowledge & Skills

At least a Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/Human Resource Management. A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
At least four (4) years’ experience in a busy HR department especially in a manufacturing company
In-depth and practical understanding of labour laws
Hands on experience of using HRMIS and excellent current computer skills
Well organized and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively while under pressure individually and in a team
