Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in HR or a related administrative role
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and workplace policies
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and attendance management
• Good understanding of employment laws, statutory requirements and workplace compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments
