All Candidates Must:
- Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive HR experience, with at least
- years in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Proven experience managing teams and multi-
- level workforces.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR
- compliance requirements.
- Experience handling complex employee
- relations matters.
- Exposure to payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to
- influence senior management.
