Looking for an HR job in Kenya? Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy is hiring an HR Manager to oversee manage recruitment, support employee relations,and implement HR policies. The role is based in Nakuru and a HRM membership is required.
Job Purpose
Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy is seeking an exceptional, experienced HR Manager to provide strategic leadership and support our continued growth and ambition
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and implement the school’s HR strategy.
- Talent: Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
- Compliance: Ensure full alignment with Kenyan labour laws and statutory requirements
- Relations: Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff wellbeing.
- Operations: Manage HR policies, payroll-related processes, and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- Certification: Professional HR qualification and IHRM membership
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR management experience (educational sector preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and high emotional intelligence.
