About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee the company’s human resource functions.
- The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill, with the ability to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Managing Director Nairobi
- Oversee and manage al HR operations and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations, daciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management and staff appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policin
- Coordinate staff training, development, and succession planning program
- Advise marganton Ht matters and organizational development.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee welfare administration Maintain accurate employee records and Hit reports
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employes angegment
- Parform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field CHRPK certification a mandatory
- Mambarship with IHRM and in good standing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR Management systems.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in HK and Adminstration functions.
- REA
- Proven experience handling recruitment, disciplinary processes, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in policy development and labour law complianc
- Experience in a logistics, transport, or commercial environment will be an added advantage.
