Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ extensive experience in a highly productive company set up, preferably within a large-scale hospitality environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related Business field. A professional certification (e.g., CHRP-K, SPHR) is mandatory.
- Strong strategic planning, policy formulation, and talent management skills tailored to dynamic service environments.
- Deep knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and employee relations practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills to champion a guest-centric and collaborative workplace culture.
- Strong proficiency in HRMIS and general office productivity software.
