Role Summary
- The Human Resource Manager – Performance Management will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s performance evaluation framework.
- The role will ensure alignment between individual performance, departmental goals, and overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- IHRM Member.
- CHRP Certification (Added Advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, with strong exposure to performance management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Experience implementing KPI-based evaluation.
