The officer will support recruitment, employee records, performance management, staff welfare and implementation of human-resource policies.

Minimum Requirements

• At least three years of relevant human-resource management experience in a comparable position.
• A diploma in Human Resource Management or Development, Industrial Relations, Business Management, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized examination body.
• Registration and a valid practicing certificate where required under the Human Resource Management Professionals Act and applicable professional rules.
• Proficiency in computer applications and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
