In this role, you will:
- Manage the entire recruitment process (360 Recruitment)
- Manage all HR related matters to drive continued best practices for our people:
- Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and related internal activities.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to continuously and proactively improve the overall employee experience.
- Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal practices in alignment with global HQ standards and Indonesian labour regulations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support employees and resolving people-related matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and global/regional HR teams to align daily HR operations with employee needs and broader business goals.
What we expect of you:
- Ability to partner with stakeholders as a subject mater expert with a consultative and solutions driven mindset.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- HR Professional Certification (CHRP-K) and IHRM membership is an added advantage.
- 6 -8 years’ experience in human resource management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
