Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support HR audits.
- Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Support the implementation and utilization of HR systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR qualification (CHRP, IHRM, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
