HR Executive Job
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions. You will play a key role in employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Leave Management
- Health, Safety & Compliance Support.
- Employee Records Management
- Time and Attendance Management
- Employee Engagement
- Employee Relations.
- Coordination with Other Departments
- Adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Any other duties as may be allocated from time-to-time correspondence
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Budget Ksh 50,000-55,000
