This is a senior executive role responsible for driving the organization’s regional human capital strategy, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people initiatives with long-term business growth.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Must be a Certified HR Practitioner (IHRM / CHRP or equivalent)
- Proven experience providing strategic HR leadership across multi-country operations
- Strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and HR governance
- Compensation: KES 800,000 – 1,200,000 Gross per Month
- Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Regional oversight across East Africa)
