Engagement Type: Contract – Reliever role
Duration: 3 months and above
Possibility of confirmation based on performance
Availability: Immediate start required
Key Responsibilities :
- Support daily HR operations in an industrial/manufacturing setup
- HR administration and employee records management
- Recruitment and onboarding support
- Payroll Management and Administration.
- Attendance, shift, and workforce coordination
Employee relations and shop-floor HR support
Liaise closely with operations teams
Ideal Candidate :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business-related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an added advantage
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with shop-floor and operations teams
Available to join immediately
