Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role (HRBP, HR Strategy, Organizational Development) with clear evidence of business impact
- Prior experience in strategic consulting or strategy-focused roles is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in B2C, FMCG, or consumer-driven environments, particularly those led by sales and marketing
- Strong understanding of how HR strategy adapts to evolving business models and growth stages
- Hands-on experience in at least one core HR area such as performance management, organizational development, compensation, or talent strategy
- Proven ability to develop conceptual frameworks and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management systems
- Familiarity with compensation structures, job grading, and pay-for-performance principles
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills
- Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is an added advantage
- Salary: Ksh 180,000
