Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR-related documents (employment contracts, letters, reports)
  • Assist with organizing training sessions and company events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR software or HRIS systems is a plus
