Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support scheduling of interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Help with onboarding processes including document collection, orientation, and welcome kits.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and internal events.
- Work jointly with each field personnel and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in performance management strategies
- Draft and format HR documents such as policies,contracts, letters, and memos.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals
