About the Role:
A new and upcoming hospitality establishment is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead setup and day- to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations
- Establish and implement operational policies and service standards
- Lead, supervise, and develop hotel staff
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and customer service
- Manage budgets, revenue generation, and cost controls
- Drive occupancy growth, sales, and business development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in hotel setup, operations management, and team leadership is an added advantage
- Strong financial management, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
