Hospital Matron providing clinical governance, team leadership and patient advocacy while ensuring compliance, requiring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a valid Nursing Council of Kenya practising licence, ATLS/ACLS/EPLS certifications and minimum 7-10 years clinical nursing experience with 4 years in senior management, in a hospital healthcare environment, on-site role in Mombasa.
Key Reponsibilities:
- Clinical Governance Team Leadership Resource Management Patient Advocacy Compliance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Masters Degree in Healthcare administration is an added advantage
- Valid Practicing Licence from Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
- Valid certifications
- (ATLS/ACLS/EPLS/ETA as Applicable)
- Minimum 7-10 years of clinical nursing experience with atleast 4 years in a senior management or supervisory role.
