Hospital Manager Job Nairobi Women’s Hospital
Administration Jobs, Nairobi Women’s Hospital Jobs. Responsible for overseeing hospital operations, managing staff and budgets, coordinating departments, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hospital or healthcare management experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.
They are seeking strategic, commercially astute and performance-driven Hospital Managers to provide overall leadership and accountability for hospital operations, business growth, financial performance and quality healthcare delivery
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, NWH Hospitals, the successful candidates will lead the development and implementation of hospital strategies and budgets, drive revenue growth and profitability, enhance patient experience, strengthen clinical governance and build high-performing teams in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives and PCCR model.
The position requires strong leadership skills, Superior, exceptional customer satisfaction , and Meet operational KPIs, including weekly reporting, bed occupancy rate, average length of stay (ALOS), and turnaround time (TAT) targets., and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Applicants must be in possession of
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, with a relevant qualification in Healthcare Management,
- At least five (5) years’ experience in healthcare management and leadership, and demonstrated experience in leading and transforming a business, with proven Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility and delivery of business performance targets.
