Role Summary
The Holiday Apartments / Cottages Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of short-term rental properties, ensuring high occupancy, excellent guest experience, efficient operations, and proper maintenance of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of holiday apartments/cottages, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of all units.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and external service providers.
- Manage online listings, bookings, pricing, and availability across booking platforms.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor occupancy levels, revenue performance, and operating costs.
- Prepare basic reports on bookings, income, expenses, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and property policies.
- Promote the property and support marketing and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
