Surelift Solutions Limited, is hiring a dynamic and commercially driven professional to lead the Strategic Intelligence & Market Insights Unit, delivering high-impact research, advisory solutions, and actionable insights while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and positioning of the Strategic Intelligence & Market Insights
• Unit
• Identify opportunities and convert client challenges into research and advisory
• engagements
• Drive revenue generation and manage performance against targets
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, actionable research outputs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, private sector, and institutional partners
• Manage and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team
• Track pipeline performance, project delivery timelines, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5-10 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, research, or advisory roles
• Strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to deliver measurable results
• Reporting Line Reports to the Director
