NGO Jobs. Plan International Jobs

The Opportunity

At Plan International, we recognise the unique safety and security risks faced by our staff and associates working in complex and sometimes hostile environments. We are committed to proactively identifying and mitigating these risks, ensuring that security management is an enabler—not a barrier—to achieving our mission.

We are seeking a Head of Security Training Programmes to join our Global Safety and Security Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of security training courses, oversee the certification of trainers, and manage induction and development programmes for security managers. You will also support other training initiatives across our global operations.

A significant part of this role involves international travel to Plan International offices to deliver training and build capacity within local security functions. You will work closely with Regional and Country Management Teams, providing expert guidance and promoting a positive, inclusive security culture aligned with our Security for All initiative.
